SMS Terms of Service

Program Description

The House Lexicon SMS Program is operated by House Lexicon, a DBA of Coverage Key Auto LLC. It consists of two separate programs related to home services education and coordination, each requiring its own consent:

• Marketing messages: promotional offers, updates, and general home services guidance.
• Account notification messages: recipient-specific messages such as appointment reminders and updates about your own requests. These are never promotional.

Opting in to one program does not opt you in to the other, and we do not send promotional content through the account notification program.

How to Opt In

You may opt in to either SMS program by checking the corresponding consent checkbox on the contact form located at houselexicon.com/contact. Each checkbox is unchecked by default, consent is collected separately for marketing messages and account notification messages, and you may submit the form without checking either box. We send SMS messages only to the programs you have checked.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to cancel. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages will be sent. We also honor UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT as opt-out keywords.

Consent to receive SMS messages is never required as a condition of purchase or service.
